About DPSC
Doctors' Professional Services Consultants (DPSC) was founded in 1992 By Lawrence R. Petker. Dr. Petker's experience as a health care provider, and as the owner of a multi-site, multi-disciplinary clinic operation. has afforded him an unique perspective in the evolution of health care management and cost containment. His 25 years of experience enabled him to be among the first in the specialty industry to recognize that properly administered specialty provider network could not only save money, but offer diversity and choice to the consumer. Dr. Petker's administrative experience in owning and operating medical, chiropractic, podiatry, physical therapy and diagnostic centers lead him to form DPSC to provide a fresh approach to provider management and network administration. Dr. Petker is a member of The American Board of Quality Assurance Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP) and is currently working towards the completion of his MBA degree in Hospital and Medical management.
DPSC network currently handles several HMO, PPO, POS, and "extended tier" systems with discount fee-for-service and capitated fee arrangements in Florida and across the Southeastern U.S., making it a leader in innovative specialty care management programs.
Among the most recent and popular concepts in consumer healthcare is the integration of Complimentary Alternative Modalities (CAM) in the mainstream medical treatment model. For years, more traditional medical delivery systems experience in blending CAM care into their systems.
